Travelling with luggage:
The luggage allowance for your Trekoora vehicle depends on the type of service and vehicle you select. Generally, you can bring standard-sized luggage, such as suitcases and carry-ons, with additional space available for smaller items.
No, there is typically no additional charge for standard luggage, such as suitcases and carry-ons, when booking with Trekoora. However, charges may apply for oversized or special items, so we recommend informing us in advance if you have any large or unusual luggage.
Travelling with children:
Yes, Trekoora offers child seats upon request to ensure the safety and comfort of your little ones. Please inform us at the time of booking to reserve the appropriate child seat for your vehicle.
Trekoora follows local safety regulations for child passengers. Typically, children under 7 years old are required to use an approved child seat, while children over 7 may use the vehicle’s seatbelt.
Waiting time:
- 15 minutes complimentary waiting time at homes, hotels, or other non-airport pickups.
- 45 minutes complimentary waiting time at International Airport Terminals.
- 45 minutes complimentary waiting time at Cruise Ship Terminals.
- 30 minutes complimentary waiting time at Domestic Airport Terminals.

Public holidays and after-hours surcharges:
Depending on the public holiday and your location, surcharges may apply. A 20% after-hours surcharge applies on bookings for all vehicles with a pick-up time between 22:00 and 04:59 hrs.
Lost property:
If you think you left an item in a Trekoora vehicle, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Provide your booking details, such as the date, time, and vehicle information, so we can help locate your lost item and arrange for its return.
Liability disclaimer:

However, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wildlife encounters, or actions of other individuals. Passengers are responsible for their own safety and are advised to follow the guidelines and instructions provided by our drivers.
